Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for size or color changes if the desired item is in stock.
- Exchange Process: Customers should contact customer support to request an exchange and receive an RMA number.
- Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged item, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- Timing: Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.
